To sign up for passes to the AF Rec center or Lehi Legacy Center you will need to go into the center with your UT Co ID to sign up.  To sign up for the Orem and Provo passes you will need to sign up through a UCEA rep.  The UCEA reps are listed on the UCEA blog or the UCEA facebook page (under the "about" section).
